Yesterday at the EHMA 2016 Annual Conference we had a really engaging session on evidence based management by Dr. Eric Barends and Prof. Rob Briner from the Center for Evidence-Based Management (CEBMa). In this key note the basic principles of EBMgt were discussed considering the different reasons why while most people agree with the principles of EBMgt, few organisations are able to take advantage of its potential benefits.
