Office Manager Vacancy – Brussels secretariat
The European Health Management Association (EHMA) is pleased to announce a new vacancy within our Brussels secretariat. The vacancy is for the post of Office Manager on a fixed term three month contract at 20 hours a week. There is a possibility that this position will be made permanent after the 3 month fixed term period. The Office Manager will be responsible for the management and administration of EHMA’s office. The post will involve payroll and basic HR liaison, monitoring of bank accounts and the management of bill payments and petty cash. Budget management, (particularly the monitoring of expenditures, preparation of reports to funding bodies and keeping of project timesheets) will also be required. In addition, the post involves drafting, editing and contributing to communication related to the projects and minute and note taking. The post holder will manage general office administration including liaison with the landlord over office repairs and maintenance.
