SUMMER WORKSHOP

The workshop will be run by prof. Federico Lega, Chair of Scientific Committee EHMA and University of Milan, and Pamela Mazzocato, Karolinska Medical Management Centre.
Hospital sectors in the industrialised world are facing tremendous changes and pressures. These pressures are leading to hospital re-organisational integrations such as development of new design for the internal organisation of the hospital, policies and actions to enhance the engagement of clinicians in doctor-managers roles.
The goal is to understand how managers in different countries cope with these problems in a world-wide context, which innovative solutions are adopted, and which ones have been proved successful.

PROGRAMME DIRECTORS’ MEETING

On behalf of Chairs of the PD Group Elly Breedveld and Siegfried Walch, EHMA is pleased to inform you that, during the Conference, on Wednesday, 20th June, a Programme Directors’ Group Meeting will take place from 15.00 to 16.30. The Programme Directors Group brings together Course Directors, Departmental Heads and other senior managers to help ensure that taught programmes continue to provide the highest quality education for current and future health managers.
