Vacancy – Programme Manager (health workforce and education portfolio)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be the Programme Manager (health workforce and education portfolio) for the European Health Management Association. This is a great chance for professionals with sound understanding of health management, health workforce and future skills needs. Your contributions will enable EHMA to deliver an outstanding portfolio of policy and educational activities that supports effective health management across Europe by harnessing global developments, and ensuring that health management challenges concerning the health workforce and skills needs are properly addressed.

You would bring the equivalent of two years of experience in health management, in Europe and one other location including the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East; excellent knowledge of process improvement, accreditation processes, and quality control in healthcare settings; and of the application of digital and green policy into health management practice. You will have fluency in English and French, and be able to write robust and succinct policy pieces for a variety of audiences. A brilliant team-work spirit, an amazing eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
