Closing the digital skills gap for the European health and care workforce

This session is the second in the BeWell Spotlight Series: Upskilling and Reskilling the European Health and Care Workforce, led by the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies and developed under the BeWell project.

It will feature the launch of the policy brief on digital skills, offering guidance for adapting health workforce competencies to the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Key findings will highlight how to better equip healthcare professionals with the skills needed to thrive in digitally enabled, patient-centred care environments.
