International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC27)

On 10–12 May 2027, the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC), in partnership with the International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC) and the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia, will organise the 27th International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC27) in Tallinn, Estonia.
The conference will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, healthcare managers, community representatives, patients and caregivers from around the world to explore how integrated care can move from ambition and system design towards measurable impact for people, communities and health and care systems.
Under the theme ‘From integration to impact – Delivering better outcomes through data, coordination and population health,’ ICIC27 will focus on practical approaches to using data, digital innovation, coordination and population health to improve outcomes, strengthen resilience and support more integrated, equitable and person-centred care.
The call for abstracts is now open, with submissions invited from researchers, practitioners, policymakers, community partners and people with lived experience.
